A. Single Draw and Hair Bundling Process

A section of hair is bundled by a rubber band before cutting it, to make sure that the roots and tips will not mix. These bundles will be tested for tangling and color test. Then the hair will be shampooed and conditioned. After cleansing, we will do the hackling process. After this, we bundle the hair by thread. Clients may give us their preferred size of bundle. Our usual standard size is 1 – 1.5 inches.

The hackling process is done to arrange the hair evenly according to its size. All short hair is removed. In single draw the hair is hackled in a hackling comb and drawn them to align all the roots and trimmed on one side. The tip of the hair is untrimmed to retain its natural state. In single drawn hair approximately 70 to 80% of the hair strands are of the same length. For example, if you order a 16-inch single drawn hair, approximately 70 to 80% of the bundle is 16 inches and 20 to 30% are mixed lengths like 12 and 14 inches. This bundle is more than enough to produce a good volume of hair extensions. This is the standard process that we use to our hair. However, our clients have an option to either follow our standard process or to give their preferred standard process. For example, some clients prefer not to remove the shortest hairs in the bundle, and just arrange the roots evenly.

FEE: We are charging US$8 per kilogram for orders 10kg and above and US$25 per kilogram for less than 10kg.

B. Double Draw and Hair Bundling Process

After the hair has gone through initial processes like tangle test, color test, washing and conditioning, the hair will undergo the hackling process to remove the shortest hair in the bundle. The remaining hair will be drawn and trimmed on both sides to have uniform lengths. For example, if your order a 16-inches hair, it will be exactly 16 inches with no fillers of other lengths.

We also bundle the hair by thread.
